Part of the national programme

The call is part of the programme of the Ministry of Mining and Energy and the World Bank. The municipality and the ministry fund it together, and the municipality publishes the call and selects contractors and recipients. The share is up to 50% for one measure and up to 65% for the advanced package of measures.

What Free State does

• We visit your house and propose a system within the limits of the call and your approved connection power.

• We prepare the quote and technical data in the form the call requires.

• We install the system and prepare the documents for EDS and EPS.

The quote in your application must come from a contractor on the list published by Novi Sad. Before you apply, ask us whether we can be the contractor under this call.

After installation: prosumer status

A household system up to 10.8 kW needs no building permit. After installation, the metering point adaptation request goes to EDS, then the request for a net metering contract goes to EPS. Households that file the EDS request by 31/12/2026 keep net metering. New households from 01.01.2027 move to net billing.
